Welcome to Lea Wood Cattery
A Home from Home for your feline friend run by Liz Burman - with help from hubby Ian now and then!.
Lea Wood Cattery is based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Just off the main A156 Road to Lincoln it is easily accessible and offers quality boarding accommodation for Cats.
Here, Cats are number 1 - which means you can be assured that your friend or friends will be kept and looked after in quality heated accommodation - where no request is too big or small. No expense has been spared on the Chalets - we ask all our clients to come and view first - and we show our clients everything - including the kitchen - as we pride ourselves on everything from the standard of accommodation to the food, the preparation and the cattery procedures.
Liz has shown her own cats all over the country and has won many rosettes and trophies for her commitment, she also breeds and has taken courses on the welfare and wellbeing of cats and has Gordon Lochrie of Gainsborough as the Cattery's affiliated Vet.
Lea Wood Cattery
As part of our service to our customers we offer a drop off and pick up service including trips to the vets. This year we are also extending our service to include a mobile pet supplies round - more cost effective than the supermarkets (please ask for details). Microchipping and grooming are also on site.
All dietary requirements are catered for and medicines can be administered according to customer request for no extra charge.
Where Cats Come First &
Cuddles come free!
At Lea Wood Cattery we have 6 heated cat chalets with larger than average runs with more planned for 2010.
We supply cat beds and bedding but you are welcome to bring your own if you think this will enable your cat to settle easier.
In addition to offering quality boarding Lea Wood Cattery offers on site grooming and certificated microchipping. The microchipping service also extends to our doggy friends!
Please ask for further details.
When you go to your Cattery - do you put your cat or cats into the Chalet?
Do you get to see the Kitchen/Storage Areas?
Does the Cattery smell?
When you come to pick you cat or cats up - are you made to wait in the Reception Area -
Do you ever ask yourself as to Why?
My clients often tell me when they come that they have never been allowed to put their cats into the chalets or ever seen the kitchen areas at other catteries they have been to and contrary to belief - a Cattery should definately NOT smell - if it is being disinfected properly.
If you value your cat's welfare and as part of the Feline Advisory Bureau guidelines you need to ask pertinent questions to ensure your cat/s wellbeing. Sometimes change is difficult - but if you come and see for yourself what Lea Wood Cattery has to offer with our 5 Star Accommodation and personal service - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
Doesn't your Cat deserve the best?
